College is bittersweet specially as a second-year because you get to enter a stage in your life where you determine what you want to do for the rest of your life, but that in itself is a stressful process. So take your time, remember to ground yourself and trust the process, ask for help, and be the best that you know how to be.

Advice to Second Year Students: I think for most people it's difficult to feel proud of themselves, especially in a setting where everyone is doing their best to excel in their own journey. This can make it especially hard not to compare your success to that of others but always remember that someone else’s accomplishments don’t diminish your own! If it matters to you, celebrate your achievements whether they’re big or small.

Advice to Second Year Students: We are always told to try our best, and we always operate under the idea that our best is a constant, but that isn't true. Everyday is a different day, with different challenges and different goals, and that means our best changes everyday. So if ever feel like you aren't enough or aren't matching up, make sure to never doubt yourself and recognize that no matter what you are doing, you are trying your best.

Focus on doing the things you like to do and study the things that you want. Remember that you are your own person and do the things that make you happy. Prioritize yourself, take care of your personal needs, and focus on the road ahead!
