Research Methodology Training Lab (RMTL)
RMTL is a two-quarter fellowship program jointly offered by OASIS and the Skaggs School of Pharmacy that provides students with hands-on lab training, graduate-level health seminars, faculty mentorship, and a community of like-minded individuals passionate about biomedical and health sciences. Upon completion of the program, students receive a certificate demonstrating their mastery of cross-functional lab skills and techniques.


Textbook Scholarship
OASIS’s Textbook Scholarship is a need-based scholarship to support students who may be facing challenges with access to financial resources. This scholarship has a maximum value of $300 per student and will be assessed on a rolling basis by need.
Student Organization Funding
OASIS provides financial support for programs and events hosted by student organizations that align with the core values of our office: Community, Social Justice, Education, Unity, and Empowerment. The maximum funding amount per program or event is $500 per organization.


GLOBAL SEMINAR SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM
In collaboration with the Study Abroad Office, OASIS provides scholarship recipients with a $2,500 scholarship to any Global Seminar program at UC-San Diego. Students selected for the program become part of a cohort that uses their passion for global learning and curiosity to create an outreach project that inspires the next generation of scholarship recipients.
All programs and initiatives coordinated by the Division of Student Affairs and Campus Life and its units are designed and implemented in full compliance with Proposition 209 and the University of California Anti-Discrimination Policy.
