Eligibility: 

• Open to all students currently enrolled as a UC San Diego student
• Cumulative GPA of at least 2.5
• Minimum 45 units by the start of the program (students going into their second year and first-year transfer students are strongly encouraged to apply)

Requirements:

• 8 hours of lab work each week in the either the Fall or Winter quarter.
• Attend ALL lectures listed below (time: 4:30-6:00pm; location: Skaggs School of Pharmacy Auditorium):
  

  October 16 "Success: Dr. Fricovsky's personal career story"*
  - November 13 "Managing Diabetes"
  - January 15 "Substance Abuse/SBIRT"
  - February 12 "Health Professional Student Panel"

  *This lecture will be on another date TBD for students admitted to the Winter Cohort

• Participate in and attend mentorship meetings. 
  

Winter Cohort Application Timeline (Fall Recruitment):

• Application Opens: Friday of week 0, September 27th 
• Application Closes: Monday of week 3, October 14th at 5 pm
• Applicants notified of decisions: Monday of week 5, October 28rd 
• Admitted applicants must submit commitment form: Friday of week 5, November 1st
