How to add a student employment position or UCSD.USI leadership position to your Co-Curricular Record 

  1. https://myccr.ucsd.edu/home.htm 
  1. Login under “Students” tab using your UCSD Single Sign-on (SSO) credentials  
  1. Click the blue tab “Enroll in my position” 
  1. Click “Add a position to My Record” 
  1. Period: 2022-2023 

*For students involved during the 2021-2022 academic period, the positions have not yet been uploaded as of 7/14/2023- I will be following up with them over summer to get this resolved.  

  1. Category: “Student Engagement/Campus Life” 
  1. Department: “OASIS” 
  1. Activity: “Triton Underground Scholars, OASIS” or “Underground Scholars UCSD”

As you can see from the image above, the Advocacy Coordinator & Outreach coordinator positions have yet to be uploaded to this dashboard.  I will be following up with our contact over summer to get this resolved.  I will advise as soon as they are available.  

*For clarification, “Program Coordinator” refers to the position Jose has held 😊
