OASIS Programs

TRANSITION-PROGRAMS---WEBISTE.png

OASIS’s cohort programs provide holistic support for students at all entry points into UC San Diego. Across our programs, students benefit from direct access to professional staff, peer mentorship, community-building activities and events, academic support and access to financial resources and basic needs support.

Through participation in an OASIS program, students become part of a broad and inclusive community that values diverse lived experiences, perspectives, and pathways, while supporting students in developing the skills, confidence, and critical awareness needed to engage with the world and contribute positively to their communities.

If you are interested in joining one of our cohort programs, we encourage you to explore our programs below.

Summer Bridge Students

SUMMER BRIDGE

Summer Bridge is a year-long transition program that begins with an intensive summer residential program and continues throughout the entire school year. The program is open to first-year, first-time UC San Diego admitted students, who are provided knowledge about campus resources, develop the necessary academic skills to be successful, and are supported by a peer mentor and community that will help them feel at home at UC-San Diego.
