Language Arts Tutorial Services Program*

Hires tutors to provide individual and group tutoring in writing.

OASIS Transition Programs

Hires students to contact UCSD admitted students (Contact Assistants) for the OASIS Transition Programs (Summer Bridge and the TRIO Student Support Services Program). Resource Counselors that help with scheduling are also hired.

• Completion of EDS 116 and a component-specific practicum is required for each of these positions. EDS 116 will be offered each quarter as well as a practicum for each component (Mentor Practicum only offered in Winter and Spring quarters).

• EDS 116 is not required for OASIS Learning Community positions.
